CHELMSFORD
The 13th August 2009 saw the reopening of Aldi Springfield, Chelmsford store. It's was a family affair with the area and store managers being supported with visits from wives and children, as well as the wider Aldi family of directors and staff from other stores all lending their help and support.
Judy provided a selection of her fantastic cakes. Su from Heart Chelmsford turned up in the afternoon to help on the tills and introduce the prize balloon launch and store competition. Serendipity of course played from 8.45 and did an extra hour than normal - playing till 3pm.
