COLCHESTER
It was fitting that the first Aldi Store opening that Serendipity played at, was in their home town of Colchester, on 7 June 2007.
To have live music at the opening of a new store had never been done before and was the brainchild of Area Manager Francesca who was put in touch with Serendipity after contacting local radio station SGR Colchester.
On the day, the music helped create an amazing party atmosphere in the place where there was also lots of free food and drink, special offers, balloons and the SGR Road show with drive time's Paul Jason giving customers the chance to win a supermarket sweep.
