HAVERHILL
The refurbished and extended Aldi Haverhill store was officially opened by the Mayoress of the town, Cllr Elaine McManus, at 9am on Thursday 25 June 2009.
The sun shone throughout the day and the temperature soared. The refreshment and free sample stall was never vacant and it was certainly not the sort of day to be wearing a pineapple suit! Serendipity performed their usual selection of party music from 8.45 - 2pm, entertaining the crowds who flooded into the store. Some even came back after their shopping to see Serendipity perform and were also 'treated' to a staff duet!
