NORTH FINCHLEY

Aldi North Finchley opened on 15th November. Serendipity were invited to play by Aldi's lovely area manager Tanja, and, as it was the coldest day of the year, were very happy that they were able to play inside the store. The band entertained the staff and customers from 9am - 3pm and on more than one occasion there was dancing in the aisles. Customers also generously donated much of their spare change to Serendipity's charity of the year, Operation Smile.

The store was opened by children from Mr Paul Pyzer's Year 6 class from Northside Primary School, North Finchley, who also got involved with Serendipity, performing Gloria Estephan's song 'The Rhythm's gonna get ya'. As usual Tanja, and store manager Igor Sternal were supported by a whole host of area managers from Aldi and the whole day was a great success.
