SLEAFORD

Steven Knights, (left), store manager of Aldi Sleaford invited Serendipity to play outside the store and create a 'Christmas' atmosphere to compliment the Christmas Market going on in the town. This took place on Sunday 2 December.

Many customers commented on what an fantastic dimension it added to their shopping. They also expressed their gratitude in giving well over £100 to Serendipity's charity of the Year - Operation Smile

Lyn and Stuart got up at 5.30am - after just 3 hours sleep from a dinner dance they performed at the night before. The journey from Colchester took them 3 hours.

It was a long but very worthwhile day, in which the wind got up to nearly gail force at some points. Shop Assistant Sara (right) said she loved the music which really cheered everyone up.
