NEW YEARS EVE 2008/9 (Page 1)
For New Year 2008/9 Serendipity were booked by Denise Earle, manager of the historic George Hotel, Colchester. Guests enjoyed a superb 5 course meal, with the best of wine and the classiest of atmosphere's. There were a select number of guests which made the evening very personal and intimate. Denise's husband Richard, who works as a technician for the BBC outside Broadcast Division, compared the night and made sure we linked into the chimes of Big Ben to see the New Year in with everyone else in the country.
Serendipity performed some background instrumentals during the meal, followed by 3 sets of music to dance to. Everyone ended up kicking up their legs to 'New York New York'. As the photos on the next 2 pages show, everyone had a memorable night and the party went right on till 1am. Thanks to everyone who got involved and made it such a fantastic evening.
